Although TianDe isn’t directly on the beach, Mariola (the owner) has a friendly relationship with a neighboring hotel that is first row, so guests can spend time there during the day. The bar and restaurant area are lovely and the food is yummy and fresh- we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is sparkling, and the staff is warm and hard-working. Our room was clean and comfortable, with A/C, tea/coffee, good shower, nice decor. Mariola and her boyfriend live on site- they are doing a fantastic job running TianDe with a lot of hard work and love. We wish them success and will recommend to TianDe to anyone traveling to Zanzibar.

The owners are on the premises every day and will interact with you to help you plan your excursions, advise which ones to avoid and find trusted local guides they worked with before so you don't have surprises during any of your excursions. The owners can also recommend food or arrange for something that's not on the menu - I was very satisfied with those alternatives, super tasty.

We stayed there 2 nights, only 1 would be more than enough. There's a really nice beach and some good restaurants. Since we saw other parts of zanzibar and did all the activities, kiwengwe didn't had much to offer beside the beach and friendly dogs 😊 If you want just to stay on the beach than this is your place.

Od € 175 na nočZ možem sva potovanje na Zanzibarju zaključila v hotelu Baladin in si res ne bi mogla želeti boljšega zaključka. Vsi zaposleni, hrana, urejenost sob in celega hotela je res TOP! Res sva lahko odklopila ves stres in skrbi, ko sva bila tukaj, saj sva res uživala od prvega do zadnjega dneva. Definitvno bo ta hotel najina prva izbira naslednjič, ko bova spet na Zanzibarju. ☺️☺️

Masaji, ki te spremljajo na vsakem koraku, pa so ko jih spoznaš, prav vesel/nasmejan dogodek vsakega dne.

the huge multiple pools, how close it was to the ocean, the food was really good and the staff (from reception to wait and bar staff and the Masai security team) were lovely and warm. the property is tucked away at the north most part of the island. commutes can be long. I would advise exploring exertions by boat or staying extra days in different parts of the island as well to get a more rounded experience

This is, without any doubt, the BEST resort/hotel I ever been to. When we first stepped in to the resort our breath were taken away from us, it was so beautiful that we just stood there and making wow noises. The facilitys are great, the staf is polite and helpful and the location is perfect. The food were also incredible. We will come back, no doubt! I recommend this to everyone, it is worth the money you spend. Thank you Riu Palace

We were very happy with the staff, who was always very kind and able to manage every situation. We also had a problem with our visa due to the airport personnel inefficiencies and the hotel management were able to support us and solve the situation. The hotel is on a beautiful beach, food was great (both breakfast and dinner), good gym with technogym machinery. we absolutely recommend Bluebay.

The resort is right on the beach, they have anything you need right there (shop,representatives for excursions and boat trips, pool bar, themed dinners). Everyday they have like a fun, entertainment schedule and the rooms (more like studios) are very spacious, private and with a nice terrace. I would recommend the ones with ocean view as we had one as upgrade and the view is amazing.

Clean and tidy. Shower was great. Incredible infinity pool, beautiful garden. Jabili, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast, tasty pizza.
